Project Manager Apprentice - Degree Level 6 Apprenticeship- X3
Gate One is a digital and business transformation consultancy that is taking on the traditional approaches to transformational change consulting with entrepreneurialism, grit and humility.
Scope of role:
The Apprentice Project Manager role is designed for an individual embarking on the Gate One Project Management Apprenticeship Programme.
The role will provide hands-on project management experience while aligning with the apprenticeship programme's knowledge, skills, and behaviours (KSBs) requirements.
The apprentice will support the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of projects while developing core project management capabilities through structured off-the-job learning and on-the-job experience.
Apprenticeship details:
3.5 year apprenticeship with Anglia Ruskin University.
The role will begin around end of August or beginning of September with the degree beginning mid-late September 2025.
35 hours a week full-time working, with 3 days expected in the Havas King’s Cross offices.
6 hours of your working week will be dedicated to apprenticeship study + a total of 16 days per year on site at university
Duties
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support & Coordination: Assist in planning and scheduling project activities, tracking progress, and updating key stakeholders
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Support internal and external stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear and effective communication across project teams
Governance & Reporting: Assist in maintaining project documentation, reporting project performance, and adhering to governance structures
Risk & Issue Management: Identify and document project risks and issues, supporting mitigation planning
Business Case Development: Assist in drafting business cases, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and demonstrating project value
Change Management: Support change initiatives, including workshops and engagement activities to prepare teams for organisational transitions
Quality & Compliance: Contribute to quality assurance processes, ensuring project deliverables meet defined standards
Procurement & Contract Management: Support procurement activities, including supplier engagement and contract administration

Essential Apprenticeship Entry Requirements
A minimum of 96 UCAS Tariff points, this is equivalent to:
3 x A levels at CCC
BTEC National Diploma MMM
Access to HE Qualification
