Programme information
As an apprentice, you will spend 20% of your time studying and working towards achieving your qualification the rest of your time will be spent working with your team and gaining the skills you need to build your expertise.
The apprenticeship will last a total of 33 months with a starting salary of £26,000 per annum plus a competitive benefits package.
The Team
You will be working with our Digital Marketing team, which sits within the wider International Marketing team, covering Content, Campaigns, Digital, Events, Design and Regional Marketing.
Responsibilities include
You will work within a team that operates with a centre of excellence model; where expertise and best practices are structured to drive efficiency and innovation, allowing you to learn across a wide range of digital marketing expertise whilst remaining centralised.
This collaborative environment will provide you with valuable mentorship and support as you grow and develop your skills in digital marketing within the context of investment management.
You will collaborate with experienced digital marketers to keep the MarTech stack operating and optimised, whilst helping to develop and execute new initiatives tailored to the specific needs of our business model and clients across Europe and APAC.
Your role will involve contributing fresh ideas and insights to the team, while also learning from industry leaders and gaining exposure to a range of digital marketing disciplines in the Investment Management industry.
Skills and requirements
You must be 18 years old by September to apply for the 2024 intake.
At the start of your apprenticeship, it is important that you are not currently enrolled in another funded apprenticeship or any other funded further education or higher education program.
You must have gained A-levels (or equivalent) in any subjects – no minimum UCAS point required.
Those undertaking a level 3 or higher apprenticeship must achieve a level 2 in both English and maths (i.e. a GSCE grade A* to C (or 9 to 4) or equivalent.
