Further information:

  • Must be resident of Camden

  • This will be a full time placement, Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm.

  • No particular qualifications are needed (or being studied). They are ideally looking for young people who have an interest in the Legal sector, but otherwise would not be able to access an opportunity like this. The young person will potentially be attending client meetings, taking notes and helping with recording, so a good level of English is required.

  • The young person will be paid £50 a day – so £250 if they complete the full week. This is paid once the work experience is complete.

  • The young person will be based in Browne & Jacobson’s London office, which is in Central London (near the Gherkin). Each day they will shadow a different lawyer/legal assistant and could be doing anything from attending court to research/time recording.

  • The initial day would include an induction where they would be briefed on what to expect during the work experience and have the opportunity to ask any questions.

  • Min age, 16 years. The max age is usually 19 years
