EY Foundation's Your Future programme is a six-month programme aimed at students who want to go straight into work after school, rather than further education at the end of year 13.

Each participant will receive two weeks of paid employability skills training, interactive workshops and paid work experience.

The Your Future programme is accredited by the institute of leadership and management.

What does the Your Future programme involve?

On the Your Future programme, you will:

  • Five days of employability skills training and interactive workshops. This will include team-building introductory sessions, CV surgeries and speakers from a range of professions.

  • Two-day recruitment bootcamp, where speakers present live job opportunities after which students can research and, if suited, then apply.

  • Three day’s paid work experience in an industry that aligns with your employment ambitions where possible.

  • Job coach who will support you throughout the programme for 6 months.
