Smart Futures is a paid work experience programme for Year 12s where you will get the opportunity to take part in interactive employability skills workshops with a range of professionals.
EY Smart Futures Business + Technology - with EY Professional Services for those interested in different areas of Business or Tech- 2nd Dec to 11th Dec 2024
Here you will learn about different pathways into careers, hear from business leaders, and take part in team-building sessions which will be followed with gaining real experience of the working world by taking part in work experience with one of EY Foundations business experience hosts.
As part of the work experience you will also be matched with a mentor who will support you throughout the programme and beyond, advising you on your first steps into professional working life or university. You will gain a wide range of transferable skills that will give you a head start in your future career.
No prior knowledge or experience is needed, just motivation to take part.
Eligibility Requirement:
In Year 12 (aged 16-17)
Studying A-level/International Baccalaureate/BTEC Level 3s
Eligible for Free School Meals (in the last 2 years) or a College Bursary
Ambitious and motivated to learn about the world of work.
