Ryanair have recently developed the Ryanair Engineering Training Academy which offers multiple pathways into the Aviation industry for individuals who have little to no experience, such as college leavers.
As Ryanair grows its fleet, they are set to hire 1,000 trainees across their network in 2025 to ensure they have the manpower required to operate a large and successful operation.
Ryanair Engineering Training Academy Pathways for School Leavers:
Trainee Mechanic Course – 12 Week programme, network wide. Experience as a mechanic in any industry, i.e. motor mechanic required!
Apprenticeship B1/B2 –4 Year programme (Blend of theoretical and practical experience) available in Prestwick, Dublin, Shannon & London Stansted. – No experience required!
