Apprenticeships are rapidly growing in popularity over 2025 for students looking to accelerate their career in the Professional industries.


As apprenticeships gain more traction, standing out from the crowd has never been more important.


That’s why the Boardroom to Classroom Foundation are hosting the Aspiring Apprentices, a half day event hosted at Queen Mary’s University of London, designed to give you a head start before you enter Year 13, providing the crucial opportunity to prepare over the summer holidays.


It will take place on Thursday, 24th July.


Whether you’re just beginning to explore apprenticeship options or already preparing your applications, this event will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and networks to succeed.


What to expect:


  • Apprenticeship essentials – what they are, how they work, and how to apply


  • Live apprentice panelhear directly from young people in top programmes and how they secured their spots


  • Employer insightswhat your future employers are really looking for in candidates


  • Assessment centre simulationpractice the group exercises used in real recruitment to set you up for success


  • Networking opportunitiesmeet employers, build valuable connections & discover what opportunities are available to you next year


By the end of the day, you’ll leave feeling confident, informed, and ready to take the next step in your apprenticeship journey.
