‘Conway Week’ is a dedicated careers week, specifically designed to give students aged 14 to 18 the opportunity to undertake a unique and dynamic programme that delivers an insight into the world of work as well as the opportunity to learn from industry experts whilst developing practical skills.


The week blends site visits, careers information, employability workshops, business orientation and work ready skills in health and safety. 

 

The placement would be a fantastic opportunity for students who are:

 

  • Enthusiastic about learning and taking part in the programme


  • Interested in a career in construction and civil engineering and how things are built


  • Studying or have studied Skills in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) subjects


  • Self-motivated and enjoy using your initiative
