The Career Ready Programme offers you:
Mentoring: You will be paired with a mentor who you can ask questions or ask for help with CV writing, application forms, interviews and presentation skills.
Masterclasses: Hear from different employers and learn key skills including, effective communication and networking and also a chance to find out more about the employer and what they offer. Workplace Visits: A behind the scenes look at local and national employers and network with people working in different industries and learn from their experience.
Paid Internships: Our employers provide us with internship opportunities for Career Ready students. This is your chance to put what you’ve learnt into action and develop vital experience
