Early Careers Foundation is a two-year mentoring programme and upon completion, mentees are eligible to apply for a grant of between £1000 and £5000 to help with transition into HE, apprenticeship, internship or early entry-level career roles.

You will be personally matched to a professional mentor who will mentor you for an hour a month (all done virtually!) between October to July. They will provide dedicated support to develop your individual skills so that you can get a great first job when the time comes – straight after you leave school or once you've completed Higher Education.

Mentors come from some very big names: Google, KPMG, Bentley, Salesforce, British Airways, IPG MediaBrands and others, to provide mentoring, confidence building, employability skills and a range of other opportunities for young people.

Last year, one of our learners was successful in securing a £5000 grant towards their university studies.

Deadline for WKC students to apply: Monday 7th October
