Interested in a career in software engineering, coding or technology?


Back by popular demand, this EIGHT week mentoring programme is now open for applications from students, who meet our eligibility criteria and interested in a career in software engineering / coding or technology. Highlights of the Meta ELEVATE mentoring programme include:


  • Developing key employability skills and sector knowledge.

  • Get exclusive access to Codio, Meta's learning platform

  • Work 1:1 with a dedicated mentor.


  • Completing the programme = completing Brokerage Essential topics. Students can become Brokerage Advanced candidates to access great opportunities such as paid internships that are only open to Brokerage candidates!

Eligibility


You must be/have:


  • Currently living and studying in the UK

  • Eligible to work in the UK

  • Achieved 4/C or above in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)

  • Completed GCSEs and studying A Levels (or equivalent) at a state school/college

And at least one of the following: -


  • At the age of 14, your highest paid parent/guardian did not have a professional position

  • OR you were eligible for free school meals during your time at school

  • OR neither parent completed a university degree in the UK

You must be available for the length of the programme which will run from w/c 22 Jan 2024 to w/c 18 March 2024


Mentoring will be online - 1 hour a week, from 5-6pm


Graduation will be at Meta head offices in central London
