SEO Careers programme open to get you into paid internships



SEO London Careers division prepares university students from ethnic minority or social mobility backgrounds for success in competitive industries.

Talent exists everywhere but opportunity does not; we exist to ensure everyone can be ambitious about their future. 


With over two decades of experience SEO London equips individuals to land the internship, vacation scheme or graduate roles of their dreams.

Our programmes, wider tailored support and facilitated peer network have a track record of changing lives.  

Giving back is an expectation on all our programmes and alumni.

Volunteering hours are embedded into our programme requirements to build employability skills and amplify our impact.

Both careers participants and alumni contribute to a virtuous cycle improving career prospects for underrepresented groups.


They deliver industry education and insight programmes to support young people from underrepresented backgrounds into paid internships with their partner firms.  They work with over 140 corporate employers from Barclays, Goldman Sachs and Deloitte to Google, Amazon, Bloomberg and Novartis pharma, to name just a few! 


They offer SEO University Education programmes for Law, Real Estate, Investment Banking & Asset Management, Tech, Consulting and Insurance


You apply now in Year 13 - deadline early May. If successful you will get during 1st year of university to industry fundamentals, employability skills training and opportunities to apply for an array of paid internships with their partner firms.


To be eligible for SEO Careers and our programmes, you must be:​


  • A UK student in Y13 

  • Have attended a state school

  • Ethnic minority background/ or low-income household

  • Usually 6 GCSE English + Maths -but if you have lower - show any disruptions to your education or extenuating circumstances and you will be equally considered. 



On the Application Form select Year 13 and most interested in University for this one and transition to university module.


Give clear ideas for career goals and a specific example of relevant work experience or enrichment programmes, plus any type of PT work or volunteering.
